Healing in the Outdoors Community Wellness Day is a vibrant community health and wellness event designed to bring people together through movement, mindfulness, culture, and connection in nature. Hosted by Seein’ Is Believin’ in partnership with AE Cares, this uplifting outdoor experience will feature yoga, meditation, hiking, drumming, capoeira, sound baths, dance, jump rope, and other wellness-centered activities that encourage healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
This event is open to all community members and welcomes youth, families, and individuals of all ages to come together in a safe and empowering environment focused on wellness, joy, resilience, and community connection. Following the wellness event, attendees are invited to stay for the Parks Alive Community Celebration beginning at 7:00 PM.

Join Seein’ Is Believin’ for an unforgettable evening of culture, community, wellness, and celebration at our 2026 Juneteenth Black Excellence Bike or Hike Scavenger Hunt, part of our Healing in the Outdoors Series.
On June 19, 2026, families, youth, and community members of all ages are invited to gather at Elver Park in Madison, Wisconsin, for an interactive outdoor experience that celebrates Black history, achievement, resilience, and joy. Participants can choose to ride their bikes or walk through the park while completing age-appropriate Black Excellence scavenger hunt challenges designed to educate, inspire, and bring people together.
This free community event will feature live music, a DJ, food, face painting, bike decorating, prizes, and interactive learning stations highlighting influential Black leaders, innovators, artists, athletes, and changemakers throughout history and today.
In a time where representation and visibility matter more than ever, this event creates intentional space to celebrate culture, build community, promote wellness, and reconnect through movement and shared experiences outdoors.

Beats, Bars & Beyond is a dynamic 6-week hip-hop production experience designed to help youth discover their voice, build confidence, and develop real-world creative skills through music. Hosted by Seein’ Is Believin’ in partnership with the Urban Community Arts Network, this engaging program gives youth ages 12–18 the opportunity to learn beat making, lyric writing, stage presence, and audio mixing from award-winning artists and producers DJ Pain 1 and Rob DZ.
More than just a music class, Beats, Bars & Beyond creates a safe and empowering space where young people can express themselves, strengthen emotional wellness, connect with mentors, and build community through creativity. Participants will explore the foundations of hip-hop production while developing communication skills, confidence, teamwork, and self-expression in a supportive environment.

Train Like a World Champion with Reggie Torian is a high-energy youth athletic development program designed to help young people build confidence, discipline, speed, strength, and leadership through structured training and mentorship. Led by world-class athlete and mentor Reggie Torian, this 7-week experience gives youth ages 7–18 the opportunity to train with excellence while learning the importance of focus, perseverance, teamwork, and champion-level mindset skills both on and off the track.
Hosted by Seein’ Is Believin’, this program combines athletic conditioning with mentorship and personal development in a supportive community environment where youth are encouraged to push beyond limitations and unlock their full potential. Participants will engage in speed and agility training, strength and endurance exercises, focus-building activities, and teamwork experiences designed to inspire growth, resilience, and self-belief.
The program will conclude with a Final Community Relay on July 20th, 2025 as part of Parks Alive Sports Night, where youth will have the opportunity to showcase their growth, compete as a team, and win exciting prizes.

Healing Through Art Community Youth Art's Mural Project is a creative youth mural project designed to empower young people through art, self-expression, and community connection. Hosted by Seein’ Is Believin’ in partnership with Little Picassos, this hands-on experience invites youth ages 7–18 to help design and paint a giant community mural while building confidence, creativity, teamwork, and pride in their neighborhood.
Held every Wednesday in June at Harmony Apartments, participants will work together to create a lasting piece of public art that reflects the voices, stories, and imagination of local youth. Along the way, youth will explore creativity as a tool for healing, connection, and positive self-expression in a safe and welcoming environment.
All art supplies are provided, and registered participants will also have the opportunity to upload a photo during registration to potentially be featured in the final mural design, making the artwork even more personal and meaningful to the community.
The program will conclude with a special Mural Reveal & Giant Community Party on August 24th at Galaxy Park as part of Parks Alive Community Art Night. Families and community members are invited to celebrate the youth artists, enjoy music, food, games, and experience the unveiling of a mural created by and for the community.
