Duration: 20 Segments (2 Hours per Segment)

The Brain Superheroes program is meticulously crafted to educate youth on recognizing mental health crises and equipping them with protective factors to maintain mental well-being. Through engaging and informative segments, youth will learn to identify early signs and symptoms of mental health issues and develop strategies to protect and enhance their mental health. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion, acknowledging their commitment and learning.
