This program is focused on building resilience in youth and addressing the mental health crisis affecting our young people today. Did you know that 15% of youth between the ages of 12-17 have experienced at least one major depressive episode in the last year? It's time to talk about it and find ways to interrupt this cycle.
Our goal is to create a safe and open atmosphere for discussion on mental health, where participants can learn valuable tools to manage their feelings and build protective factors. We understand that not all families have access to mental health professionals, which is why helping young people develop good habits early is more important than ever.
Through engaging workshops and activities, our experienced instructors will provide invaluable information on how to recognize and address mental health issues. It's important to remember that it's okay not to be okay and that our brains, just like any other part of our body, can become sick too. Sometimes young people may not even realize they are going through something until it is pointed out to them or they receive the right guidance.
Join us at Day of Hope and become part of the solution in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Together, we can help our young people overcome mental health challenges and live happy and healthy lives.

We've developed the Youth Mental Health Survey as part of our ongoing commitment to understanding and serving the needs of young people. In the fast-paced, complex world we live in, it's essential for youth to have tools to reflect on their emotional well-being. This survey is not a diagnostic tool, but rather a means of fostering self-awareness and starting a dialogue about mental health. By participating, you're helping us gain valuable insight into the emotional landscape of our youth, which in turn allows us to tailor our services more effectively. We believe that mental health is as important as any other aspect of well-being, and with your help, we can continue our mission to support the holistic health of young people in our community.
